When the broken glass is unable to reform around the branches, the face disappears and the Doctor is freed. But the woman's life is changed forever by the traumatic events she experienced.

Glass was the seventh short story in the Short Trips anthology Short Trips. It was written by Tara Samms. It featured the Fourth Doctor and Romana II.
