The Master Plan was the story published in the Doctor Who: Missy miniseries in 2021, starring Missy, the "UNIT enemy" Master, the Twelfth Doctor, and the Third Doctor.

- Among the prisoners Missy sees in Stormcage, one appears identical to an image of Dorium Maldovar, but has light skin instead of blue. It is unknown if this was a colouring error or was intentional for other reasons.
