You may be looking for his real world counterpart.

Sir Bruce Forsyth was an accomplished British actor and television presenter during the 20th, 21st and 22nd centuries.

Biography

Bruce was a well known celebrity by at least the 1960s. (AUDIO: The Final Act)

Forsyth's life and career continued right across the 21st century and into the start of the 22nd. The Eleventh Doctor accidentally brought Dermot O'Leary to the year 2111, where O'Leary was amazed to find Forsyth still alive and working at the BBC while not looking any older. (TV: Dermot and the Doctor)

References

In 1968, the Palace Theatre had an act by Eric and Ernie in which Forsyth was impersonated. (AUDIO: The Final Act)

Fragmentary historical records of the year 4000 erroneously stated that Forsyth was the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom in 1977. (AUDIO: The Foe from the Future)

Forsyth was even famous in alternate and fictional universes; Professor X, fully aware of his status as a fictional character, said that he felt like he was "caught between Basil Brush and Bruce Forsyth." (PROSE: No Future)

Dorium Maldovar could not resist "a bit of Brucie". (PROSE: Dorium Maldovar Tells It Like It Is!)

Behind the scenes

Dermot and the Doctor's claim that Forsyth was still alive and working by 2111 is a reference to the star's longevity. Of course, inevitably, Forsyth passed away in 2017. Forsyth's life in the 22nd century has never been contradicted in any other source.
