Rachel Chapman

Rachel Chapman was a student at Coal Hill Academy and the girlfriend of Ram Singh, with whom she attended the school prom.

On the night of the Autumn Prom, 14 October 2016, while with Ram, she was suddenly killed by Corakinus, king of the Shadow Kin, who impaled her with his blade through her chest from behind, splattering Ram with her blood as Rachel's body exploded into ashes. (TV: For Tonight We Might Die) The impact of Rachel's death devastated Ram emotionally. Others, for instance, Ram's father and Assistant Coach Caroll, thought her missing. A branch of the Lankin took the form of Rachel in an attempt to feast upon Ram's grief. (TV: Nightvisiting)
