Remembered TARDIS
Either Memory TARDIS, as it's been called that in publicity material, and it's explicitly called such in dialogue by McCoy, or Remembered TARDIS as that is also said in dialogue by Davison and used in publicity material.
Talk about it here.
One version of the Doctor's TARDIS had a console room that was entirely made up of fragments from other TARDIS consoles. The console room was a small chamber with no central console, with assortments of controls covering the walls and ceiling.
The Fifth Doctor believed this TARDIS was "a remembered TARDIS", with the Seventh Doctor describing it as "a memory"; the inhabitants of this TARDIS were unsure if they themselves were anything more than memories. (TV: Earthshock [+]Loading...["Earthshock (TotT TV story)"], The Mind Robber, etc.)
Appearance
The exterior of the TARDIS resembled a police telephone box, with the same colouring as that of the Thirteenth Doctors.
The TARDIS console was entirely composed of miscelleanous sections of various TARDIS consoles:
- A segment of the First Doctor/Second Doctor's console
- Third Doctor/Fourth Doctor's console in the ceiling
- A segment of the Fifth Doctor/Sixth Doctor/Seventh Doctor's console
- A segment of the Eleventh Doctor's first console
- A segment of the Twelfth Doctor's console
- A segment of the War Doctor's console
- The hexagonal "roundels" from the Thirteenth Doctor's console room
- A miniature version of the Thirteenth Doctor's console, acting as a quasi-fireplace
- Metal girders from the Eighth Doctor's console
