George Mann was a 21st century author.
History[[edit]]
In 2010, he saw Iris Wildthyme, Panda, and Elspeth May in the Celestial Omnibus after they attended a book launch party on Shaftsbury Avenue. He drew a sketch of them with crayons and felt tip markers. This sketch, which he titled "Relaxing on the number 22", was later kept in an art exhibition dedicated to Iris' life. When Panda saw the sketch he was appalled that it was kept in the exhibition. He declared that Mann had "no visual talent at all". George attended Brenda Soobie's party in Las Vegas 1967, where George's friend Maurice Newbury assured him that Veronica simply had a head cold, hence why she didn't attend. (PROSE: Party Fears Two [+]Loading...["Party Fears Two (short story)"])
In September 2012, Mann edited the Wackopedia article on the album Low/Profile. (PROSE: Low/Profile [+]Loading...["Low/Profile (short story)"])
In 2015, Mann attended the San Diego Comic-Con. When the Twelfth Doctor went through the convention taking selfies to find the Lady of Neverness, he took a selfie with Mann which had the Lady in the background. (COMIC: Selfie [+]Loading...["Selfie (comic story)"])
Legacy[[edit]]
In the 511th century, the fad of commercial world-building meant that there were entire planets terraformed to resemble the fictional worlds of historic writers. The Eleventh Doctor named "Mann" as one of several writers who had "literary worlds". (PROSE: The Coming of the Terraphiles [+]Loading...["The Coming of the Terraphiles (novel)"])
