The Place Where All Times Meet, also known as The Crossing Point was an unproduced script written by Colin Davis for Season 21. It was commissioned for a scene breakdown in June 1982 but never made it past this stage.

The script concerned a place in the English countryside where people could cross from different time periods. The threats here would have ranged from Vikings and Roman legionnaires to victims of the Black Death and a monstrous figure from the end of time. The main villain was a corrupt politician from the 22nd century who hoped to use the crossing point to engineer history to his own design, who eventually died to the creature from the end of time.

There were plans to feature the return of Jon Pertwee as the Third Doctor and Katy Manning as Jo Grant, but these were some of the earliest elements to be removed.[source needed]
