Human (The Lenny Henry Show)
A human who identified himself as one of the UB60,000,000, "the last tribe of the unemployed", was the first person met by the Seventh Doctor and Peri Brown after they landed in England in the year 2010.

After the TARDIS landed in England, 2010, the TARDIS scanner (after displaying a series of other channels) displayed him waving towards the camera and giving 2 thumbs ups. The Doctor thought he might've been a traffic warden, and then exited the TARDIS with Peri. Upon exiting the TARDIS, the Doctor claimed to the human that they were only there to "do some quick shopping" before leaving.
The human then asked the Doctor who he was, to which he replied that he was "the Doctor", something the human misinterpreted as meaning he was a medical doctor, telling him that he had a "really nasty rash on [his] back", to which the Doctor clarified that he was "not that kind of doctor", and that he was "the Doctor", to which the human replied "the Doctor what?", which the Doctor thought was "close enough".
After he began telling the Doctor that he was "one of the UBs", the Doctor misinterpreted this as referring to the UB40s before beginning to sing a song, near the start of which he was cut off by the human, who clarified that he was instead one of the UB60,000,000, "the last tribe of the unemployed" and, upon being asked by the Doctor where the rest of them were, he guessed that they may be at dinner, as he couldn't find them.
He then claimed that "all of the work" was being done by robots, which the Doctor and Peri thought could've been referring to the Daleks, a thought which was struck down by the human, who informed them that he was referring to the Cybermen. After saying this, a Cyberman approached them from behind, which caused the Doctor and Peri to decide to "run up and down lots of corridors", an activity the human joined them in.
Partway through the chase, they were stopped by a ticket inspector, who required all 3 of them to give him their tickets, after which he allowed them to pass. They then ran past a guitar player, who they briefly paused by before resuming their sprint away from the Cyberman. After this, they arrived in a location the human believed "must be" the Cybermen's leader's control room. Although the Doctor and Peri thought he might've been referring to Davros or, after the human clarified that the leader was a woman, "Mrs Davros", the human stated that it was Thatchos, "the most ruthless woman in the universe".
After this, Thatchos emerged from around a corner, and threatened to privatise the trio, before calling Denos, who shot a ray gun above them twice. They then decided to run up and down the corridors again, and arrived back at the TARDIS. Although the human wanted to enter, the Doctor closed the doors before he could enter, leaving him to shout "oi, oi, oi, what about me?". (NOTVALID: Untitled)
