Slovakia was a country in Europe.

Slovakia broke away from Czechoslovakia at some point in the 1990s, as did the Czech Republic, (PROSE: The King of Terror) after the communist government was overthrown. (COMIC: The Broken Man)

The Czech Republic and Slovakia were still separate countries as late as the 22nd century. (PROSE: Life from Lifelessness)
