He Who Wins was the fourth and final story in the audio anthology Anti-Genesis, produced by Big Finish Productions. It was written by Nicholas Briggs and featured Derek Jacobi as the War Master, Seán Carlsen as Narvin, Mark Gatiss as the "Other" Master and Nicholas Briggs as the Daleks.

  • The title of the audio derives from the final riddle in the Game of Rassilon from TV: The Five Doctors, which the "Unbound" Master quotes: "To lose is to win, and he who wins shall lose."
