Urrozdinee was a city-state in 21st and 22nd century France. The city originated as a place to house the homeless millions. Eventually the city grew and engulfed the old city, which minister of poverty Jules thought might have been called Paris. The city was ruled by the Eminence and in the 2130s this was Eminence Grise.
