Mozambique was a country in Africa.

During the 19th century, the country was ruled by Portugal, and was known as Portuguese Mozambique or Portuguese East Africa. Lourenço Marques was a city in the colony. (PROSE: Players [+]Loading...["Players (novel)"])

Married friends of Sebastian Malvern had been on holiday in Mozambique over Christmas when they died in a car crash. After the death of the couple, Sebastian Malvern took care of the three teenage children that the couple had been fostering.
