In 2009, Colonel Augustus Oduya noted, among other places across Earth, Guyana to have witnessed every human child being compelled to suddenly stop and proclaim their message: "we are coming" at 8:40AM GMT on a Wednesday in September. (TV: Children of Earth: Day One)
