Either Memory TARDIS, as it's been called that in publicity material, and it's explicitly called such in dialogue by McCoy, or Remembered TARDIS as that is also said in dialogue by Davison and used in publicity material.
Talk about it here.
One version of the Doctor's TARDIS had a console room that was entirely made up of fragments from other TARDIS consoles. The console room was a small chamber with no central console, with assortments of controls covering the walls and ceiling.
'''{{tlx|{{PAGENAME}}}}''' is a template that . . .The Fifth Doctor believed this TARDIS was "a remembered TARDIS", with the Seventh Doctor describing it as "a memory"; some inhabitants of this TARDIS were unsure if they themselves were anything more than memories. (TV: Earthshock [+]Loading...["Earthshock (TotT TV story)"], The Mind Robber, etc.)
Appearance
The exterior of the TARDIS resembled a police telephone box, with the same colouring as that of the Thirteenth Doctor's.
The TARDIS console was entirely composed of miscelleanous sections of various TARDIS consoles:
- A segment of the First and Second Doctor's console
- The Third and Fourth Doctor's console in the ceiling
- A segment of the Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Doctor's console
- Metal girders from the Eighth Doctor's console room
- A segment of the War Doctor's console
- Coral "roundels" from the Ninth and Tenth Doctor's console room
- A segment of the Eleventh Doctor's first console
- A segment of the Twelfth Doctor's console
- The hexagonal "roundels" from the Thirteenth Doctor's console room
- A miniature version of the Thirteenth Doctor's console, acting as a quasi-fireplace
- to be added
Other things within the Remembered TARDIS
- The Second Doctor's recorder
- Various sonic screwdrivers, including the Second Doctor's, the Third Doctor's, the War Doctor's, the Eleventh Doctor's, the Twelfth Doctor's, and the Thirteenth Doctor's, contained within a drawer in the segment of the Eleventh Doctor's first console
- Various monitors from different consoles
- A black and white 4:3 television
- The helmet of Tenth Doctor's Sanctuary Base 6 space suit
- An "Out of Order" sign
- Adric's badge
- The Trickster's Cube
- A hobby horse
- The Sixth Doctor's coat
- A hat stand
- The hats of the Fifth and Seventh Doctors
