Either Memory TARDIS, as it's been called that in publicity material, and it's explicitly called such in dialogue by McCoy, or Remembered TARDIS as that is also said in dialogue by Davison and used in publicity material. Perhaps "Memory TARDIS" could be a generic page for this special model of TARDIS.
Talk about it here.
In one unique iteration, the Doctor's TARDIS featured a console room composed entirely of pieces from various other TARDIS consoles. This console room, rather than having a traditional central console, was a compact space where controls were dispersed across the walls and ceiling. The Fifth Doctor speculated that this particular TARDIS was "a remembered TARDIS," a sentiment echoed by the Seventh Doctor, who referred to it as "a memory." This led to some occupants of the TARDIS questioning their own existence, pondering if they were merely memories themselves.
