Tanzania was a nation in Africa. It was the location of the Rift Valley (PROSE: Genius Loci) and the Kilgai Gorge. (PROSE: Genocide)
The flag of Tanzania was green and blue with a thick black and yellow stripe along the middle. The Tenth Doctor briefly considered planting a Tanzanian flag on the Moon's surface, but instead decided on a Women's Institute flag instead. (PROSE: I Am a Dalek)
