Is anyone receiving these transmissions? was a webcast short tying in with the Time Lord Victorious play Time Fracture. It and its immediate predecessor continued the narrative of the earlier UNIT Field Log series, revealing what had happened to Robert Dudley after he stepped through the Time Fracture.
It was the final instalment of the Time Lord Victorious series.

Plot
UNIT Sergeant Robert Dudley, still undercover in Elizabethan England, sends a partially-corrupted transmission to UNIT to update them on his progress since his last message. He reveals that it has now been five years for him since he entered the Time Fracture, but he has finally learned something useful: a mysterious agent has been buzzing around the royal court of Queen Elizabeth, gathering "very specific parts". Suddenly, the world glitches around Dudley and when he looks again, he finds that a nearby tapestry has been altered to now depict the Doctor's TARDIS. He is overjoyed at the thought that the Doctor is finally coming to rescue him. He ends his transmission urging UNIT, or whoever receives his transmissions, to try and figure out what the Doctor's plan is to help them in any way needed.

Notes
- Robert Dudley was played, in this, This is Sergeant Robert Dudley. and Dudley here., by Myles Devonté[1] rather than Dare Emmanuel, who portrayed him in the UNIT Field Log. He was not credited.
- As with the 2 videos released before it, a message was hidden at the end of the video, showing a quote reading "Your name is on the list", a quote from WC: 14684 UNIT Field Log.
