A Time Lord and his TARDIS were sent by the High Council to investigate disturbances in the space-time continuum emminating from the planet Marinus, designated Planet 14. The TARDIS was a newer model, used by many Time Lords at the time, and its interior possessed psycho-sculpture. The Sixth Doctor considered it "gaudy and ostentatious".

It conversed with the Doctor's TARDIS before explaining its mission to the Sixth Doctor. (COMIC: The World Shapers)
