Ophiuchus owned a TARDIS, which he kept at his hideout in the Cloisters beneath the Capitol on Gallifrey as he worked to break the Time Lord regeneration cycle's limit of thirteen lives.
After Ophiuchus was assisted in regenerating into a female incarnation by the Fifth Doctor, she was convinced by him to leave Gallifrey while he claimed to the Time Lords that she had died, with Ophiuchus departing in her TARDIS.
By the time of her escape, Ophiuchus' TARDIS was in the shape of a large sphere with a door in it. (COMIC: Ophiuchus)
