In a parallel universe, a future version of the TARDIS which had been taken over by the Valeyard after he had managed to defeat the Sixth Doctor during their battle in the Matrix, time rammed its younger self when it was used by the Fourth Doctor when he was on his way to Logopolis, and inadvertently time rammed the Master's TARDIS.

This act caused the Grandfather paradox and both the Valeyard and his TARDIS were affected though they managed to hold on - the Valeyard later became so frightened of moving in case he changed history he was rendered immobile in the console room of his version of the TARDIS.
