The 351st issue of Doctor Who Magazine was released on 9 December 2004, and was pulled from British newstands on 5 January 2005.

It was the final issue before the substantial design changes that accompanied the start of the BBC Wales reinvention of Doctor Who.

It was the last issue to bear the 1996 TV movie logo, as well as the final cover to feature Paul McGann and Daphne Ashbrook on a regular basis.

A CD featuring the exclusive Big Finish stories Silver Lining and The Coup came free with it.
