- The main cover image of the Fifth Doctor is from TV: Four to Doomsday.
- As detailed in DWM 502, the cover originally featured Peter Davison in Omega's costume from Arc of Infinity; however, the cover was rejected by John Nathan-Turner because the magazine would release before the serial and would ostensibly spoil it.
