- The Dominators Episode 2 - Zoe and Cully are trapped in the Dulcian survey unit as it is fired upon by the Quarks. Explosions rock the building and rubble crashes down around them.
- The Dominators Episode 3 - Toba orders the Quarks to destroy totally the Dulcian museum in which Jamie and Cully are taking cover. The Quarks fire and the building collapses around the two friends. A smiling Toba is informed by a Quark that the task has been completed.
- The Dominators Episode 4 - Toba tells his prisoners that they will die one by one unless they reveal where Jamie is. They refuse to answer, and the Dulcian Educator Balan is the first to be gunned down by a Quark. The Doctor is next in line, and the Quarks get ready to fire again.
- The Dominators Episode 5 - The Doctor tells Jamie that Dulkis is safe; there will be just a minor eruption confined to one island. Jamie points out that they themselves are on the island and the Doctor reacts in horror as lava flows towards them.
- The Mind Robber Episode 1 - The TARDIS breaks apart and the Doctor's companions are left floating in nothingness.

- The Stolen Earth - The Doctor starts to regenerate after being shot by a Dalek, Martha Jones teleports to an Osterhagen station, Gwen Cooper and Ianto Jones futilely try and fight a Dalek attacking Torchwood Three and Sarah Jane Smith runs into two Daleks who prepare to exterminate her.

- The Hungry Earth - The Doctor and Nasreen Chaudhry find the Silurian underground city.
- Cold Blood - The Doctor discovers that the shrapnel he pulled out of the crack in time was a part of the TARDIS' exterior.
- The Pandorica Opens - Amy is shot by Auton Rory, the Doctor is locked in the Pandorica, River is trapped in an exploding TARDIS, and every star is exploding at every moment in history.
Series 6 - 2011
- The Impossible Astronaut - Amy shoots a girl inside an astronaut suit.
- Day of the Moon - The mysterious little girl regenerates in New York City.
- The Rebel Flesh - A ganger of the Doctor emerges from shadow.
- The Almost People - The ganger of Amy Pond is destroyed, and the real one wakes, ready to give birth. She is told by a mysterious lady to "push".
- A Good Man Goes to War - River Song reveals that she is Amy and Rory's daughter.
- Closing Time - River is placed inside the astronaut suit in Lake Silencio, ready to kill the Doctor on 22 April 2011.
Torchwood
Series 1- 2006-2007
- End of Days - Jack hears the TARDIS materializing and leaves the Hub.
Series 2 - 2008
- Fragments - After facing a bomb trap in a warehouse the Torchwood team are contacted by Captain John Hart, who reveals he planted the bombs and shows Jack his brother Gray.
Series 3 - 2009
- Children of Earth: Day One - Due to an accidental scan, Jack finds out a bomb has been planted in his stomach. Gwen and Ianto manage to escape before it detonates however it completely destroys the Hub.
- Children of Earth: Day Two - Gwen, Ianto and Rhys manage to release Jack from the concrete. At MI5 headquarters the chamber for the 456 is prepared and the children of the Earth chant "We are coming tomorrow."
- Children of Earth: Day Three - The 456 demand 10% of the world's children and Jack reveals to his team that he gave the 12 children to the 456 in 1965 as a "gift".
- Children of Earth: Day Four - When Jack and Ianto confront the 456, refusing their proposal and promising they'll fight. The 456 release a virus into Thames House killing everyone inside apart from Dekker but including Ianto and Jack (though Jack resurrects).
- Children of Earth: Day Five - Six months after the events of the series, Captain Jack leaves the Earth for a new life.
Series 4 - 2011
- The New World - Rex Matheson and Cardiff's police force surround Gwen, Jack, Rhys and Anwen and extradites Gwen and Jack to the United States.
- Rendition - Jack, Gwen, Esther Drummond and Rex escape the Central Intelligence Agency.
- Escape to LA - Geraint Cooper is taken away to Cowbridge Overflow Camp.
- The Categories of Life - Vera Juarez is burnt inside a Module activated by Colin Maloney.
- The Middle Men - Gwen learns her mother, husband, and child is being held hostage, and a mysterious group talking through her Eye-5 demands Jack.
- Immortal Sins - Jack learns that his former lover Angelo knows about the Miracle.
- End of the Road - Esther is on the run with a mortally wounded Jack.
- The Gathering - In Shanghai, Jack, Gwen and Oswald Danes notice Jack's blood pointing them towards the Blessing.
- The Blood Line - Rex is killed at Esther's funeral, but returns to life, realising he's immortal.
