The 520th issue of Doctor Who Magazine was cover dated January 2018.
It was the 2017 Christmas issue, and covered that year's Christmas Special, Twice Upon a Time.
It was also the last appearance on a cover of Peter Capaldi as the Twelfth Doctor during his tenure.
Technically, it was also the debut of the Thirteenth Doctor's costume although it took up almost none of the cover. Her costume would be showcased fully on the cover of the next issue.
