A blazer was a jacket resembling a suit jacket, but cut more casually.

Worn by the Doctor

The Third Doctor wore many blazers of velvet in navy blue with a rolled collar, (TV: Doctor Who and the Silurians) maroon with a rolled collar, (TV: Terror of the Autons) rust orange with a notched collar, (TV: The Curse of Peladon) olive green with a notched collar, (TV: Carnival of Monsters) plum purple with a notched collar, (TV: Planet of the Daleks) petrol blue with scarlet piping on the notched lapel, (TV: The Green Death) aquamarine with a notched collar, (TV: Invasion of the Dinosaurs) emerald green with a notched collar, (TV: The Monster of Peladon) charcoal grey with a notched collar, (TV: Planet of the Spiders) and burgundy with a rolled collar. (TV: The Five Doctors) His charcoal blazer was worn up to his death, and worn by the Fourth Doctor in his first hours. (TV: Planet of the Spiders)

The Fourth Doctor wore an umber blazer when he met Magnus Greel in London during 1892. (TV: The Talons of Weng-Chiang)

The Sixth Doctor wore a brown and crimson tweed blazer when undercover in Bletchley Park during 1944. (AUDIO: Criss-Cross), and when visiting Russia in 1947. (AUDIO: Quicksilver) He also wore a peach blazer on the Memory TARDIS. (TV: Vengeance on Varos)

The Seventh Doctor tried a copy of the Third Doctor's rust velvet blazer before going for a silver grey safari jacket. (TV: Time and the Rani) He also wore blazers of cream linen, (PROSE: White Darkness) or tan herringbone-tweed. (TV: Doctor Who)

The Tenth Doctor wore pinstripe blazers done on dark brown and light blue, (TV: The Christmas Invasion-The End of Time) or navy and crimson. (TV: Smith and Jones-Dreamland) He often wore a black blazer as part of his tuxedo. (TV: Rise of the Cybermen|The Age of Steel, The Lazarus Experiment, Voyage of the Damned) He also wore a charcoal grey tweed blazer when posing as John Smith. (TV: Human Nature/The Family of Blood)

The Eleventh Doctor wore tweed blazers. He wore one of light fawn Donegal tweed, (TV: The Eleventh Hour). He also wore a Harris tweed blazer, (TV: Victory of the Daleks) but lost it while escaping the Weeping Angels aboard the Byzantium (TV: Flesh and Stone) after which he resumed wearing his Donegal tweed jacket, (TV: The Vampires of Venice) though occasionally wore a replacement Harris tweed blazer. (GAME: City of the Daleks) Following Amy and Rory's honeymoon, he began wearing a Shetland tweed blazer. (TV: A Christmas Carol)

The Curator, a future version of the Doctor wore a blazer of olive green herringbone-tweed during the form of an older Fourth Doctor. (TV: The Day of the Doctor)

A parallel version of the Doctor wore a wine purple moleskin blazer when he and Bernice Summerfield fought Faction Cybermen on Nazi Germany. (AUDIO: Blood and Steel)
