Fleet Admiral Cornelia Carthage was one of the many friends Graelyn Scythes made across the 10,000 Dawns over the course of her adventures with Dawn. As such, she answered Archimedes Von Ahnerabe's request for video greetings to comfort Graelyn whe she had to spent her birthday in quarantine, although Carthage's message was unbelievably short and blunt, like everything the ever-practical woman did.
