Jason Jackson

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

Jason Jackson was a companion of interdimensional adventurer Lady Aesculapius.

Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]

Jason was travelling with Aesc when they encountered the Utopia Dimension. Subsequently, Meistras sent Aesc a booby-trapped parcel to kill her current body — knowing that she would be reborn in a new one, but hoping that this would warn Aesc off from investigating further. Jason, who did not know Aesc could reincarnate herself, was initially shocked to find her old body in the Factory of Crystal's control room, but was soon reassured by the reborn Aesc. He helped her set up a funeral for her old self and spread the rumour that she really was gone for good this time, so that all her acquaintances would be gathered in one room, allowing the two to figure out who was responsible.

This gave Jason, dressed in a tailored suit and tie for the occasion, to meet some of Aesc's past companions including Graelyn Scythes, Archimedes Von Ahnerabe and Blanche Combine. They ultimately realised the killer was Aesc's old teacher Meistras, a fellow Firmament who had also recently been reborn in a new body — although Jason incorrectly identified this new body as a mysterious little girl who was actually Meistras's charge Ofelia, while Aesc correctly identified Meistras as an innocuous-looking woman with a ginger afro who'd been skulking around the service. Later, Lady Aesc, Jason and Blanche were among the friends of Graelyn Scythes's from across the realities who answered Archimedes's call for video greetings to send to Graelyn when she had to spend her birthday in quarantine. On this occasion, Jason was wearing a T-shirt with I'm the ACE up your sleeve! written on it. He enthusiastically wished Graelyn a happy birthday, though admitting that they'd only met briefly and Graelyn might not remember him very well. (PROSE: Birthdays are Made for Memories)

Appearance[[edit] | [edit source]]

One person seeing him for the first time once described him as "discount Poe Dameron". (PROSE: Life After Death)
