Massacre on the Orient Express
When visiting their counterpart's home in another Dawn, one survivor of Dawn 10000 found that the only noticeable difference between the two universes was that instead of Murder on the Orient Express, the local Agatha Christie had written a different book entitled Massacre on the Orient Express.
When leaving their other self's house, the survivor impulsively stole their copy of the book, and brought it back to Spiral, where they eventually read it. They found that its premise was an inverse of Murder on the Orient Express: the detective had to investigate a train whose passengers had all been murdered by the time it arrived at a station, except for one. Over the course of the book, the sole survivor, despite everything pointing to their guilt, managed to convince the detective that they were innocent. After having read and enjoyed the book, the Dawn 10000 survivor mused on what its differences and similarities to Murder on the Orient Express implied about the nature of multiversal existence.
