Virtuoso

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

"Virtuoso" was the alias adopted by an exiled member of the Firmament after she settled on Gendar, posing as one of the native species. As part of that persona, she had purple hair, which she kept in a long braid, and wore the typical goggles. She also often wore a grey poncho.

An acquaintance of Auteur's, Virtuoso was aware of Auteur and Gideon's temporal manipulations which brought the Gendar species into existence. While the two sat back and enjoyed being worshipped as gods, it fell to Virtuoso to handle the socioeconomic, day-to-day business of government as head of the "Historic Preservation Society". She went in and out of office, trying to avoid drawing attention to her improbably long lifespan. She was not aware of Auteur's greater plans, and once gifted an urn which she knew would open a secret stash in the Temple of the "Goddess" to Vo'lach Prime for fear of violent criminals trying to steal it — which naturally forced Auteur herself to steal it back when she needed the documents she'd hidden in the cache. In the subsequent investigation, Virtuoso was interrogated by Littlejohn and the Arbiter of Knives, who privately realised she was not who she claimed to be, but decided she was harmless and didn't expose her or let her know they were o nto her.
