Invisible Inferno

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

The Invisible Infernos were entities of searing heat with no visible physical form who once plagued the 10,000 Dawns as a result of Coloth's actions.

After Coloth's birdhemoth Rich caused a Galaxy Accident, the Sun of one of the universes within the Dawns shattered and separated the beings of light between their visible but intangible light, and their physical and heat-based aspects. While the light-halves retained consciousness, the Invisible Infernos had a form of awareness and sought to rejoin with their missing halves, who had been scattered across the 10,000 Dawns — leading to them materialising in various Dawns and causing mayhem.

Realising they were his and Rich's fault, but not what they really were, Coloth travelled through the Dawns for a while with the Dawn organisation's help, banishing the Invisible Infernos back into outer space using a special device whenever he encountered them. Eventually, however, with the help of a human they'd rescued from a destroyed Earth, Coloth was led back to the beings of light's Dawn by one of the beings of light, who had found their way to Spiral along with many others motes of light, and hidden within the flowers in the rescued human's garden. There, they began to rejoin the Sun along with their matching Invisible Infernos. The human decided to stay on the ruined Earth to help them rebuild, while Coloth and Rich went their own way.
