The Minister of Chance's TARDIS was a Gallifreyan timeship with a working chameleon circuit, used by the First Minister of Chance in his travels.

He used it to travel to the Temple of the Fourth on Micen Island, where it turned into a column to replace one of the Temple's broken ones. After agreeing to trade adventures with the Seventh Doctor, the Minister then flew his ship to Santiny while the Doctor travelled to Earth. After the Minister flew into a destructive rage following the death of his companion Sala, misusing his Time Lord abilities and disrupting Time, the Doctor tried and failed to talk him down. Declaring that he "[did]n't have time for this" with Tannis still "running amok", the Doctor called on his own authority as a God of the Fourth to revoke the Minister's TARDIS, leaving him to "face [him]self" while the Doctor departed. Subsequently, the Minister was limited to travelling using the formula for doors to generate portals in and out of the Frost Bridge. (AUDIO: The Broken World [+]Loading...["The Broken World (audio story)"], etc.)
