The 578th issue of Doctor Who Magazine was cover dated July 2022.

Initially intended to focus almost exclusively on the 1960s Dalek films, some content had to be delayed to allow for last-minute coverage of Series 14. As such, it saw the first appearance of Ncuti Gatwa on the magazine's cover, although the exact identity of his incarnation would not be revealed for approximately another five months.

Footnotes

  1. Ncuti Gatwa was not officially announced as the Fifteenth Doctor until after the broadcast of The Power of the Doctor a few months later. And it was not known in which capacity David Tennant would return.
