References
- It is noted that after 19 July 1969, shooting Doctor Who was never as easy again.
- Neil Armstrong's famous speech - "That's one small step for man, one giant leap..." - interrupts filming, to the lament of a director.
Notes
- The final episode of The War Games, the final story featuring the Second Doctor and Jamie McCrimmon on a regular basis, was broadcast on 21 June 1969, a month before their filming schedules are supposedly interrupted as depicted in this story.
- This also featured the final appearances of Jamie and of the Second Doctor as the sole incarnation of the story in the Doctor Who? series.
