The First Doctor wore white shirts with wingtip collars; (TV: An Unearthly Child, etc) right to his death after the 1986 Cyberman Invasion of Earth. (TV: The Tenth Planet, Twice Upon A Time)

The Second Doctor's shirt colours varied from a dull or bright blue. (TV: The Power of the Daleks, The Three Doctors) While in Paris on a mission for the Celestial Intervention Agency, he wore frilly, white shirts. (PROSE: World Game)

The Third Doctor wore frilly shirts in white, (TV: Doctor Who and the Silurians) purple, (PROSE: The Spear of Destiny) magenta, (TV: Planet of the Daleks) lime green, (TV: The Monster of Peladon) and sky blue. (TV: Planet of the Spiders)

The Fourth Doctor spent his first hours in the Third Doctor's sky blue shirt, then wore many white shirts; (TV: Robot, etc.) right up to his death. (TV: Logopolis)

The Fifth Doctor spent his first hour in the Fourth Doctor's shirt, then switched for a white shirt with cherry question marks and a cherry lining. (TV: Castrovalva-Warriors of the Deep) He also wore one with an emerald green lining; (TV: The Awakening) right up to his death. (TV: The Caves of Androzani)

The Sixth Doctor wore a copy of the Fifth Doctor's shirts. (TV: The Twin Dilemma-Time and the Rani) He also wore a salmon pink shirt when he reunited with Peri Brown on the Memory TARDIS. (TV: Vengeance on Varos)

The Seventh Doctor spent his first hours in the Sixth Doctor's shirt, then switched for plain shirts in white, (TV: Time and the Rani-Survival) or ivory. (TV: Doctor Who)

The Eighth Doctor wore white shirts with his cravats, (TV: Doctor Who) or his ascot ties. (COMIC: The Pictures of Josephine Day, A Matter of Life and Death, The Lost Dimension, Empire of the Wolf; TV: The Night of the Doctor)

The War Doctor spent his first hours in the Eighth Doctor's plain white shirt. (TV: The Night of the Doctor; AUDIO: Light the Flame; WC: Doctors Assemble) He eventually wore a bone pinstripe shirt during the Battle for the Tantalus Eye, (PROSE: Engines of War) and right up to his death after the 1562/2013 Zygon Invasion of Earth and the Fall of Gallifrey. A parallel version of the Doctor wore a white shirt with cherry question marks when he and Bernice Summerfield fought Faction Cybermen on Nazi Germany. (AUDIO: Blood and Steel)

The Warrior, a parallel version of the Fifth Doctor who looked as the Sixth, spent his first hours in his predecessor's white shirt before switching to pinstripe shirts similar to those worn by the N-Space War Doctor. (AUDIO: Dust Devil)
