Notes[[edit] | [edit source]]
- Among the classic Doctor Who monsters, two unlikely entries are worked in: Roberta Tovey (who played Susan in Dr. Who and the Daleks [+]Loading...["Dr. Who and the Daleks (theatrical film)"] and Daleks' Invasion Earth 2150 A.D. [+]Loading...["Daleks' Invasion Earth 2150 A.D. (theatrical film)"], two films whose infamy in the trad Doctor Who fandom explains her status as a nemesis of the televised Doctor in this parody) and the Snipes, a species featured in The Universe Marathon, a game included earlier in The Doctor Who Fun Book.
- The Doctor growing almost instantly restless when forced to sit still and not defeat any monsters in particular is a gag which would later be featured in the TV series proper in the Eleventh Doctor episode The Power of Three [+]Loading...["The Power of Three (TV story)"].
