Summary
Tony Cutler of Liverpool finally discovers what happened to Dr Who whilst watching Points of View.

- Anne explains that, after changing the Ninja Turtles into the Hero Turtles, the Beeb realised the obvious danger to viewers in the title of Dr. Who. She goes on to say that they changed the name to something less identifible with scalpels, Delia Smith's Cookery Course, but it was cancelled when nobody tuned in.
