The one-hundred-and-second instalment of Doctor Who? was printed in DWM 166 with a cover date of 31 October 1990.
Summary
The Daleks invade a company for not paying their licences.

- The man observes that a detector van has parked outside, and the woman assumes he hasn't paid his TV Licence. In fact, the man didn't pay his Terry Nation Licence, which he believes to be a worse crime.

- This story marked the final appearance of the Commenting Dalek in the Doctor Who? series, constituting the second of just two in the colour era of the series.
