- The Master was originally banished from Gallifrey for transgressing the First Law of Time by travelling back to 1964 and buying Who merchandise at pre-inflation prices.
- The Master is selling Dalek slippers, soaps and loo rolls.

- This story is set in Albert Square, which is the main setting for EastEnders, and was utilised in the crossover Dimensions in Time.
- Similarly to PROSE: Birth of a Renegade, the Master is depicted with the likeness of Anthony Ainley before he was banished from Gallifrey.
