- Mel uses the dome of a Dalek to boil eggs while using the eyestalk as a handle.
- The Doctor uses a Dalek as a conversation piece hat rack that also stored a scarf. He told his party guests that it was early Hartnell and that he got it from a little place in Totter's Lane.
- A man uses the weapons platform of a Dalek to exterminate a traffic warden.
