Notes[[edit] | [edit source]]
- This story was meant to be reprinted in the original hardback edition of It's Even Bigger on the Inside but was excluded in error because it was pending a decision on whether to leave the original caption spelled incorrectly or fix it for the compilation, later being released in an online supplemental to the book. The missing page was eventually restored for the paperback edition in 2017 with the original caption intact.
