This page lists appearances of the planet Kaldor. This timeline is based upon observations of the Doctor Who universe and the events that occur during each of these stories.

Timeline

King Peladon

Set in 3885. Peladon of Peladon ascends to the throne and agrees to join the Galactic Federation. The Third Doctor visits Peladon for the first time, in the company of Jo Grant.

Queen Thalira

Set in 3935. Peladon's daughter Thalira ascends to the throne. The Third Doctor returns to Peladon, this time accompanied by Sarah Jane Smith.
Set during Queen Thalira's reign. River Song visits Peladon. Tharila's daughter has died, leaving Tharila with a grandchild named Solana.

In circa 3980, Queen Thalira is killed in a shuttle crash and succeeded by her son, Tarrol. (PROSE: Legacy)

Leaving the Federation

Set in 3984. Peladon leaves the Galactic Federation.

Pelleas and Erimem

Set circa 4035. Peladon are part of the Galatic Federation.

Minaris

The Sixth Doctor and Mel visit Peladon, which is still a part of the Galactic Federation and ruled by Queen Minaris. The Doctor's previous visit to Peladon was several decades prior and the rule of Queen Erimem is referenced, setting this after The Bride of Peladon. Helais becomes Chancellor.
The Eighth Doctor claims that Helais seized power after the death of Minaris and was succeeded by Barok who is currently Chancellor. The Doctor triggers a revolution that he believes will end of the age of the Chancellors on the day a new King is crowned.
