This page lists appearances of the Krillitanes the order in which they experience them. This timeline is based upon observations of the Doctor Who universe and the events that occur during each of these stories.

- During the Cloister Wars, the Krillitanes are among the species whom attempt to penetrate the Matrix. (PROSE: Dalek: The Astounding Untold History of the Greatest Enemies of the Universe)
- Prior to the outbreak of the Last Great Time War, Krillitane rebels are targeted by the Daleks but are assisted by the Eleventh Doctor.
- Prior to his tenth incarnation, the Doctor encounters Krillitanes who resemble humanoids with long necks. (TV: School Reunion)
- Ten generations before the Skasis Paradigm plot, the Krillitanes invade Bessan, acquiring wings from its people, developing into a bat-like form. (TV: School Reunion)
- Distinguished by their long necks, the Krillitanes have recently invaded Bessan, with the wingless generation of Krillitanes being followed by a newer bat-form with a forked tail.
- 2007 - TV: School Reunion
- The Krillitanes' attempt to crack the Skasis Paradigm on Earth is thwarted by the Tenth Doctor. Their representative, Brother Lassar, is aware of the Time Lords and their apparent demise. While Lassar appears in human form as a personal preference, the other Krillitanes are of a newer bat-form with shorter necks and lacking the forked tail of The Krillitane Storm generation.
- The Krillitane Empire targets the Maldovarium prior to the Siege of Trenzalore.
