This page lists appearances of Trinity Wells in the order in which she experienced them. This timeline is based upon observations of the Doctor Who universe and the events that occur during each of these stories. From these observations we have attempted to build a concise timeline. It is assumed that for each novel, comic or television series, their published, broadcast or numbered order is the order they occur in.

- Trinity is heard reporting on the events of TV: Army of Ghosts.
- Spring 2008 - TV: The Sound of Drums
- Spring 2008 - AUDIO: Driving Miss Wells
- Trinity is heard reporting following the events of TV: Last of the Time Lords.
- September 2008 - TV: Revenge of the Slitheen
- 2009 - AUDIO: In the Shadows
- 2009 - TV: The Poison Sky
- 2009 - TV: The Stolen Earth
- 2009 - TV: Secrets of the Stars
- September 2009 - Children of Earth: Day Three/Children of Earth: Day Four
- 25 December 2009 - The End of Time
- 2010 - PROSE: The Forgotten Army
- November 2016 - COMIC: Revolutions of Terror
- Introduces Gabby Gonzalez and Cindy Wu, who later identify as having come from 2016 in COMIC: Vortex Butterflies.
- Set in Gabby and Cindy's present day, prior to Vortex Butterflies.
- Trinity has left AMNN. She ultimately takes charge of Piscatek, making a return to television news reporting unlikely.

- Trinity is anchoring her own show rather than newsreading.
