This page lists appearances of the Black Dalek Leader, later known as the Supreme Dalek, in the order in which it experienced them. This timeline is based upon observations of the Doctor Who universe and the events that occur during each of these stories.

As Supreme Controller, the Black Dalek oversees the 2150s Dalek invasion of Earth.
Based on Skaro, the Dalek Supreme, now in a casing with slats, sends off a squad of silver Daleks using a Dalek time machine in a failed attempt to kill the First Doctor, who is recognised for his part in "delaying" the 2150s Dalek invasion of Earth.
In the year 4000, the Black Dalek founds the Great Alliance with the emissaries from the Outer Galaxies on Kembel.
The Black Dalek is seemingly killed on Kembel. It is considered by the Dalek Prime to be irreplacable. Another account reveals it survived. (PROSE: Dalek: The Astounding Untold History of the Greatest Enemies of the Universe)
During the Dalek-Movellan War, Daleks following the Supreme Dalek retrieve Davros from Skaro. (TV: Destiny of the Daleks)
The Supreme Dalek, now in a new casing with white insulator discs, oversees the Duplicate Incident.
Daleks following the Supreme Dalek apprehend Davros on Necros. (TV: Revelation of the Daleks)
During the Imperial-Renegade Dalek Civil War, the Supreme Dalek, in a new casing, leads the Renegade Daleks against Davros's Imperial Daleks in the Shoreditch Incident, only to self-destruct after being informed of the destruction of Skaro by the Seventh Doctor.
