(Added information. As well as Hornby by his own admission has no ties with BBV Productions, therefore cannot speak on matters that concern them and licensing. Alternatively, it has been well documented that BBV had obtained licenses to many of the BBC Books characters during their inception for use in spin offs. While the character in question is not directly Fitz, Father Kreiner IS a product of Faction Paradox, which no one has actually proven was not allowed to finish Hellscape season 1.) Hellscape was an audio and webcast series, part of BBV Productions's Audio Adventures in Time & Space. It was launched as a subseries of Faction Paradox on 1 January 2022. The stories featured Lucifer and his timeship Babylon.
Following BBV's loss of the Faction Paradox license,[1] a leaflet inside the physical DVD release of P.R.O.B.E. Case Files - Volume 2 announced a continuation of Hellscape separate from Faction Paradox among BBV's audio ranges. That story, Lucifer's Sleep, was ultimately released in May 2022 with Faction Paradox branding, and author Trevor Spencer clarified online that Hellscape "series 1" would feature the Faction Paradox logo.[2]
August 28th 2023 marked the release of what was reported as "Part 1" of of Season 2 of Hellscape, under the title of The Lillium Saga, with all Faction Paradox branding removed.[3] Shortly thereafter, BBV released a short live-action minisode titled Vacation Time, presented as Episode 5 of an upcoming subseries titled Hellscape: Morningstar — likewise void of Faction Paradox branding, although it provided a visual of Lucifer walking into Babylon, making her continued purported nature as a humanoid timeship apparent.[4]
Spencer launched Mix'D Bloodz, a new independent production company on 3 January 2024, releasing media exclusively on Patreon under a subscription model,[5] continuing to release instalments in the Hellscape: MorningStar series.[6] Spencer also released a subseries of Lucifer titled Hellscape: Public Trips, which exploited how characters such as Winnie the Pooh[7] and Mickey Mouse (from Steamboat Willie)[8] had fallen into the public domain.
Mix'D Bloodz also released a video on their Twitter showing their connections to the DWU. https://youtu.be/rPGSmd8fees?si=NDhlVBg9mPXw2IzJ

Notes
- Hellscape's main character, Lucifer, was modelled after the character of the same name from the 2016–2021 television show Lucifer. Hellscape's creator and sole author was a particular fan of the show.[9]
- Unwanted Guest and Lilith Fades feature Father Kreiner, the aged Faction Paradox member version of Fitz Kreiner introduced in Lawrence Miles's Interference, without any indication that BBV Productions obtained the license to the name "Kreiner" from Stephen Cole or BBC Books.
- Sam Myers of P.R.O.B.E. features, in their voiced debut, in Lilith Fades.
- Ba'al originally debuted in Maker's Wish: Ticket To Ride.
