Mindgame Requiem was a Reeltime Pictures direct-to-video story and an adaption of Mindgame starring Sophie Aldred as Human.
It was released on 23 November 2023 as part of the 60th anniversary of Doctor Who.

Three alien beings - a Sontaran officer, a Draconian nobleman and a Human mercenary - find themselves transported to a remote asteroid by a mysterious alien who wants to test their worthiness for his race's masterplan! Now in one complete set you can experience the complete Mindgame story in this five part epic!
