This page lists the various Universes and Multiverses that exist within the Omniverse. This timeline is based upon observations of the Doctor Who universe and the events that occur during each of these stories. From these observations, we have attempted to build a concise timeline.

- A timeline that briefly existed after the above timeline, in which Rory is sent back in time by a surviving angel after seeing his own grave, to live out the rest of his life without Amy by his side, eventually dying before 2012 at the age of 82. After Amy chose to let the angel send her back too, the gravestone changed to depict Amy's name below Rory's, confirming that the timeline had been rewritten.
- 1964 - c.2008: TV: Whatever Happened to Sarah Jane? [+]Loading...["Whatever Happened to Sarah Jane? (TV story)"]
- The timeline created from Andrea Yates making a deal with The Trickster, in which it is Andrea's old classmate, Sarah Jane Smith, who falls from Westport pier and drowns instead of her, creating a future in which an adult Andrea is living at 13 Bannerman Road, in which the world is about to be wiped out by an approaching meteorite, which Sarah Jane is no longer around to stop.
- c.1990s - c.2008: TV: Whatever Happened to Sarah Jane? [+]Loading...["Whatever Happened to Sarah Jane? (TV story)"]
- Another version of the above timeline in which Maria Jackson's existence was wiped from history after being transported to Limbo by the Graske. The timeline was ultimately, finally restored to its original form after Andrea chose to withdraw her agreement with the Trickster.
- 24 December 2004 - 24 December 2023: TV: The Church on Ruby Road [+]Loading...["The Church on Ruby Road (TV story)"]
- After the Fifteenth Doctor and Ruby Sunday saved baby Lulubelle from being eaten by the Goblins on Christmas Eve 2023, the creatures travelled 19 years into the past to abduct and consume baby Ruby after she is left on the doorstep of Ruby Road church, creating a cracked timeline in which Carla Sunday, without Ruby's influence on her life, becomes apathetic to fostering. The original timeline was restored after the Doctor came to Ruby Road and saved baby Ruby.
