In addition to the Doctor Who audio dramas featuring the Doctor, Big Finish Productions also produced audio dramas centred around other characters in the Doctor Who universe. Here is a list of the Big Finish spin-offs.
The Worlds of Doctor Who
- Class: The Audio Adventures (2018–present) - Adventures centred around the Doctor Who spin-off Class.
- Counter-Measures (2012–15) - The Intrusion Countermeasures Group from Remembrance of the Daleks fight alien and supernatural threats in the 1960s.
- The New Counter-Measures (2016–20)
- Cyberman (2005–09) - Follows the Orion War in the 26th century, which involved the humans, androids, and Cybermen.
- Dalek Empire (2001–08) - Humanity fighting the Daleks across thousands of years.
- The Diary of River Song (2015–23) - The adventures of River Song.
- The Death and Life of River Song (2024) - The adventures of River Song after the events of Forest of the Dead.
- Doom's Day (2023)
- Gallifrey (2004–present) - A political thriller set on Gallifrey, featuring Romana II, Leela and brand new characters such as Narvin.

- The New Adventures of Bernice Summerfield (2014–present) - Starting with volume 5, this series began being labelled as a spin-off from The Worlds of Doctor Who. It follows the adventures of Bernice Summerfield with a Doctor from a parallel universe.
- The Paternoster Gang (2019–present) - Investigations of the Paternoster Gang.
- The Robots (2019–23) - What happened with Liv Chenka during the year-long gap in Escape from Kaldor.
- Rose Tyler (2019–present) - Adventures of Rose Tyler in parallel universes in a mini-series of prequels to Series 4.
- Sarah Jane Smith (2002–06) - Sarah Jane's adventures following the Fourth Doctor returning her to Earth and A Girl's Best Friend.
- UNIT (2004–05, 2012) - An original UNIT team deal with threats both alien and human in the early 2000s. Was followed by a Doctor Who special.
- Brave New World (2022-present) - The exploits of UNIT under Brigadier Bambera in the 1990s.
- UNIT: The New Series (2015–present) - Successor of the original UNIT series. Featuring Kate Stewart, Osgood and a new UNIT team combating alien invasions in the 2010s.
- The War Master (2017–present) - Adventures of the War Master as played by Derek Jacobi, set during the Time War.
