  • 018: The Stones of Venice
    • Part One - The Doctor and Francis Churchwell are kidnapped by Vincenzo to witness the Lady Estella's resurrection.
    • Part Two - The Gondoliers capsize the boat the Doctor and Churchwell are using to cross the canals.
    • Part Three - Vincenzo discovers that the casket of Estella is empty just as Venice starts to sink.
  • 019: Minuet in Hell
    • Part One - Dr Dale Pargeter is preparing to lobotmise the Doctor, when suddenly something goes wrong, causing both the Doctor and Gideon Crane to cry out in agony.
    • Part Two - Gideon Crane claims that he is the Doctor.
    • Part Three - Charley is forced into "hell" to be possessed by a "demon".
  • 020: Loups-Garoux
    • Part One - The Mono-rail train approaches the TARDIS on the track.
    • Part Two - Turlough has been frightened by the werewolves and jumps off the train. Ileana de Santos, thinking her son is dead, starts to transform.
    • Part Three - Ileana chooses the Doctor as her champion and announces that, if he succeeds, she will take him as her husband.
  • 021: Dust Breeding
    • Part One - Ace is attacked psychically by something in Damien Pierson's art gallery. The Doctor and Bev start a postmortem on Jay Binks, discovering that his body is full of self-moving dust and that Binks isn't dead. Binks lets in the dust storm.
    • Part Two - Mr Seta reveals his true identity as the Decayed Master
    • Part Three - The Doctor discovers that the Master is on the Gallery, but the Master says it is too late to stop his plans.
  • 024: The Eye of the Scorpion
    • Part One - The Doctor's hand is scratched with a poisonous blade trying to stop Erimem from being assassinated.
    • Part Two - The Doctor has gone missing from Erimem's chambers and Antranak thinks that he is now dead.
    • Part Three - The Doctor thinks that Peri is a spy.
  • 025: Colditz
    • Part One - Elizabeth Klein threatens to kill Ace if the Doctor doesn't hand over his key to the TARDIS to her.
    • Part Two - The Doctor realises that Klein travelled to 1944 in his TARDIS.
    • Part Three - Kurtz prepares to shoot Ace.
  • 026: Primeval
    • Part One - The Doctor screams at the sight of Kwundaar.
    • Part Two - Kwundaar reveals that he is using the Doctor to regain control of the Source.
    • Part Three - Nyssa realises that the Doctor has shielded the source to allow Kwundaar to invade.

  • 029: The Chimes of Midnight
    • Part One - The Doctor and Charley are allowed into the main time stream and there is a scream.
    • Part Two - With time speeding up, the Doctor tries to get the staff together, but they all leave before the stroke of midnight.
    • Part Three - Trying to escape the house, the Doctor and Charley leave in the TARDIS. However, the scullery starts appearing in the TARDIS.
  • 031: Embrace the Darkness
    • Part One - Charley reveals to Orllensa and Mike Ferras that they don't have eyes.
    • Part Two - The Doctor realises that even though they've solved the mystery of what happened to the system's sun, that information will die with them.
    • Part Three - The Doctor activates the Energy Projection Units, and ROSM detects the Solarians entering the system.
  • 032: The Time of the Daleks
    • Part One - The Daleks manage to re-establish a time corridor to their ship in the Vortex.
    • Part Two - Charley is shot by a stray Dalek Energy beam.
    • Part Three - The Doctor realises that when the nuclear reactor explodes it will travel into the Vortex causing the rupture he saw earlier.
    • Part Four - Charley realises that she is the source of all of their recent problems and announces she is scared.
  • 033: Neverland
    • Part One - The Doctor, Romana, Charley and Vansell witness a Matrix projection of Rassilon asking them to take his body back to Gallifrey.
    • Part Two - The Doctor declares that he is now Zagreus.
  • 034: Spare Parts
    • Part One - The Committee tells Zheng that the intruders must be eliminated.
    • Part Two - The Doctor and Dodd are forced inside the gates as the roof of the city begins to cave in.

    • Part One - After watching a crewman vanish through the door, the Doctor tells Evelyn that, according to the TARDIS, the door is over six billion years old.

    • Part Three - The creature possessing Evelyn tells the Doctor that it can hear time's end.

    • Part One - The Doctor is forced to watch a redlining resident of the Needle murder his partner, believing he himself is committing the crime.
    • Part Two - Draun starts redlining and advances on Mel, while the Doctor seems powerless to stop him.
    • Part Three - The Doctor discovers that Celia Fortunaté is a time traveller and that she was the one that brought the killer to the Needle inside of her.
  • 087: The Gathering
    • Part One - After a long talk with a waiter, Katherine Chambers decides to continue with her plans. She approaches Tegan, pulls out a gun, and tells Tegan to come with her. She then says a phrase commonly associated with the Cybermen: "You have nothing to fear".
  • 088: Memory Lane
    • Part One - The TARDIS is stolen by an astronaut driving an ice cream van.
    • Part Two - A ship lands outside the house and blows out the windows.
    • Part Three - The Doctor is trapped in the prison cell, repeatedly reliving his moment of victory forever.
  • 089: No Man's Land
    • Part One - Private Taylor, while sleepwalking, goes berserk and mistakes the Doctor and Ace for German spies.
    • Part Two - The Doctor, Ace and Hex discover Wood’s body, having known his murder was going to happen.
    • Part Three - Brook places the Doctor in front of a firing squad and they open fire.

    • Part Three - The Doctor, Nyssa and Wilton come across the Greylish.
  • 094a: I.D.
    • Part One - The Scandroid goes out of control and starts downloading into the Doctor’s mind.
    • Part Two - Dr. Marriott is transformed by the data.
  • 096: Valhalla
    • Part One - The Doctor and Jevvan are advanced on by giant termites.
    • Part Two - Our Mother summons the Doctor to her.
    • Part Three - The Doctor is accused of being a spy and threatened with being torn apart.
  • 097a: The Wishing Beast
    • Part One - The ghosts warns the Doctor and Mel to get away from the sisters before they kill them.
    • Part Two - The Doctor and Mel discover that the sisters’ brother, David Applewhite, was turned into a dragon.
  • 098: Frozen Time
    • Part One - The Doctor says that the creatures they discover are all murderers and this is a high security prison.
    • Part Two - Arakssor orders all but Captain Harman to be executed.
    • Part Three - The Doctor and Genevieve’s helicopter crashes.
  • 099: Son of the Dragon
    • Part One - Erimem meets Prince Vlad III, who introduces himself as Dracula.
    • Part Two - Erimem agrees to wed Vlad and is heralded as the bride of Dracula.
    • Part Three - The Doctor races to stop Erimem seemingly taking her own life.

    • Part One - A chasm opens in the TARDIS floor and C’rizz plummets into it.
    • Part Two - Cacothis shows the Doctor the world of Utebbadon-Tarria, which he alternately calls Hell.

  • 183: The Brood of Erys
    • Part One - Erys reveals that he himself is the moon and that the Drachee are his children.
    • Part Two - Erys ejects the TARDIS into space, stranding the Doctor on Erys’ surface.
    • Part Three - The Doctor, Flip and Sarra Vanser are surrounded by mud people animated by the will of Erys.
  • 184: Scavenger
    • Part One - In Earth’s orbit, Scavenger prepares to open fire on Flip and Jyoti Cutler, both adrift in space.
    • Part Two - Trapped aboard Scavenger, Flip starts to run out of oxygen.
    • Part Three - Reports of a fireball over New Delhi make the Doctor believe that Scavenger has been shot down, taking Flip with it.

    • Part Three - Hector Tremayne and Phoebe Whitlock, possessed by the creatures, hold the Doctor at gunpoint and declare that they’ve been expecting him.
  • 186: Tomb Ship
    • Part One - Nyssa points out that she and the Doctor are back where they landed but the TARDIS isn’t there.
    • Part Two - The Doctor realises that only two are allowed to survive their test; he and Virna or Heff and Murs.
    • Part Three - Murs catches up with the Doctor but sets off a trap and the room starts to collapse around them.
  • 187: Masquerade
    • Part One - The Doctor encounters the Steamroller Man and it decides he doesn’t belong and starts rolling towards him.

    • Part Two - Violet Hardaker tricks the Doctor into abandoning Turlough and Horobin forces Ellison to disable the time dams holding the explosion back, while Turlough and Fionn discover Montgomery as one of the alleged "monsters".
    • Part Three - Turlough and Fionn try to seal the power cell in a Levison jar when the mutative energy of the power cell starts to bleed out.

    • Death in the Desert (1) - The Fifth Doctor and Turlough encounter Vakrass, last of the Death Lords.
    • Flight of the Blackstar (2) - After bidding farewell to Calypso Jonze, the Sixth Doctor and Constance head back to meet with Flip but are intercepted and abducted by Vakrass.
    • Night Gallery (3) - The TARDIS gets a signal from Vakrass' ship warning the Eighth Doctor and Charley that they will likely die.
