The following list of cliffhangers gives a brief summary of each audio drama cliffhanger.

002: Phantasmagoria
- Part One - Vislor Turlough is run over by a horse and cart whilst the the Doctor witnesses a phantasm.
- Part Two - The Doctor gets caught up in the chants of Samuel Holywell's seance.
- Part Three - Hannah Fry is revealed to also be Billy Lovemore the Highwayman.

003: Whispers of Terror
- Part One - Peri Brown and Gantman encounter Amber Dent and are surrounded by mysterious voices.
- Part Two - The Doctor deduces that the sound creature is Visteen Krane.
- Part Three - The Doctor is attacked by the Visteen Krane creature.

004: The Land of the Dead
- Part One - Something is breaking through the walls of the house and Nyssa is being affected by the Permians.
- Part Two - A Permian is menacing towards the Doctor.
- Part Three - The sea in the sea room breaks its banks.

005: The Fearmonger
- Part One - Walter Jacobs prepares to release the dead man's switch on the bomb.
- Part Two - Ace is shot.
- Part Three - Ace discovers that the fearmonger is in the Doctor.

006: The Marian Conspiracy
- Part One - Evelyn Smythe is called a traitor for thinking Queen Elizabeth is on the throne.

- Part One - The Ice warriors break out of the ice.
- Part Two - Zzaal prepares to fire on the human craft.
- Part Three - Paul Webster threatens the Doctor.

009: The Spectre of Lanyon Moor
- Part One - Nikki Hunter and Evelyn are attacked by a small goblin creature.
- Part Two - Archibald Flint starts to use his machine on Evelyn.

010: Winter for the Adept
- Part One - The Doctor believes that there is a genuine haunting going on at the School.
- Part Two - The ski-poles fly towards Nyssa.
- Part Three - The Doctor suggests a seance.

011: The Apocalypse Element
- Part One - Climbing down into the gravity wells, the Doctor and Trinkett are attacked by Dalek Mutants outside their casings.

- Part One - Pepin VII is shot.
- Part Two - Frobisher is hailed as a god.
- Part Three - The boy is revealed to be a version of Eugene Tacitus.

015: The Mutant Phase
- Part One - The Daleks plan to exterminate a Dalek undergoing the Mutant Phase.

016: Storm Warning
- Part One - Vortisaurs attack the R101.

017: Sword of Orion
- Part One - A Cyberman attacks Kelsey.
- Part Two - The Cybermen try to revive their leader.
- Part Three - Chev is attacked by a Cybermat.

018: The Stones of Venice
- Part One - The Doctor and Francis Churchwell are kidnapped by Vincenzo to witness the Lady Estella's resurrection.
- Part Two - The Gondoliers capsize the boat the Doctor and Churchwell are using to cross the canals.
- Part Three - Vincenzo discovers that the casket of Estella is empty just as Venice starts to sink.

019: Minuet in Hell
- Part One - Dr Dale Pargeter prepares to operate on the Doctor but something has gone wrong.
- Part Two - Gideon Crane claims that he is the Doctor.
- Part Three - Charlotte Pollard is forced into "hell" to be possessed by a demon.

020: Loups-Garoux
- Part One - The Mono-rail train approaches the TARDIS on the track.
- Part Two - Turlough has been frightened by the werewolves and jumps off the train. Ileana de Santos, thinking her son is dead, starts to transform.
- Part Three - Ileana chooses the Doctor as her champion and announces that, if he succeeds, she will take him as her husband.

021: Dust Breeding
- Part One - Ace is attacked psychically by something in Damien Pierson's art gallery. The Doctor and Bev start a postmortem on Jay Binks, discovering that his body is full of self-moving dust and that Binks isn't dead. Binks lets in the dust storm.
- Part Two - Mr Seta reveals his true identity as the Master
- Part Three - The Doctor discovers that the Master is on the Gallery, but the Master says it is too late to stop his plans.

022: Bloodtide
- Part One - The Doctor and Greta Rodrigues encounter Tulok in the prison cells.
- Part Two - A Myrka attacks HMS Beagle.
- Part Three - Tulok tells Charles Darwin that he is the humans' god, as he created them.

023: Project: Twilight
- Part One - Cassandra Schofield and Evelyn are attacked by a deranged human.
- Part Two - The Doctor discovers that Reggie Mead and his compatriots are Vampires.
- Part Three - Evelyn and Cassie are to be injected with the Twilight Virus.

024: The Eye of the Scorpion
- Part One - The Doctor's hand is scratched with a poisonous blade trying to stop Erimem from being assassinated.
- Part Two - The Doctor has gone missing from Erimem's chambers and Antranak thinks that he is now dead.
- Part Three - The Doctor thinks that Peri is a spy.

025: Colditz
- Part One - Elizabeth Klein threatens to kill Ace if the Doctor doesn't hand over his key to the TARDIS to her.
- Part Two - The Doctor realises that Klein travelled to 1944 in his TARDIS.
- Part Three - Kurtz prepares to shoot Ace.

026: Primeval
- Part One - The Doctor screams at the sight of Kwundaar.
- Part Two - Kwundaar reveals that he is using the Doctor to regain control of the Source.
- Part Three - Nyssa realises that the Doctor has shielded the source to allow Kwundaar to invade.

027: The One Doctor
- Part One - The Doctor and Mel are being attacked by a sonic weapon.
- Part Two - The Assemblers plan to disassemble Mel and Banto Zame.
- Part Three - The Jelloid swallows the Doctor.

2002

028: Invaders from Mars
- Part One - Mouse is fed to the Laiderplacker.
- Part Two - Glory Bee reveals that she is there to take Yuri Stepashin back to "Mother Russia".
- Part Three - The Doctor realises that there are now more than 30 Laiderplacker in the cell rather than just the one.

029: The Chimes of Midnight
- Part One - The Doctor and Charley are allowed into the main time stream and there is a scream.
- Part Two - With time speeding up, the Doctor tries to get the staff together, but they all leave before the stroke of midnight.
- Part Three - Trying to escape the house, the Doctor and Charley leave in the TARDIS. However, the scullery starts appearing in the TARDIS.

030: Seasons of Fear
- Part One - Shock-waves are emanating from the Roman camp heading towards the TARDIS where Charley and the Doctor are trying to enter.
- Part Two - One of Sebastian Grayle or the Doctor falls of the battlements.
- Part Three - The Nimon arrive on Earth.
- Part Four - A creature feeds on Richard Martin and Lucy Martin.

031: Embrace the Darkness
- Part One - Charley reveals to Orllensa and Mike Ferras that they don't have eyes.
- Part Two - The Doctor realises that even though they've solved the mystery of what happened to the system's sun, that information will die with them.
- Part Three - The Doctor activates the Energy Projection Units, and ROSM detects the Solarians entering the system.

032: The Time of the Daleks
- Part One - The Daleks manage to re-establish a time corridor to their ship in the Vortex.
- Part Two - Charley is shot by a stray Dalek Energy beam.
- Part Three - The Doctor realises that when the nuclear reactor explodes it will travel into the Vortex causing the rupture he saw earlier.
- Part Four - Charley realises that she is the source of all of their recent problems and announces she is scared.

033: Neverland
- Part One - The Doctor, Romana, Charley and Vansell witness a Matrix projection of Rassilon asking them to take his body back to Gallifrey.
- Part Two - The Doctor declares that he is now Zagreus.

034: Spare Parts
- Part One - The Committee tells Zheng that the intruders must be eliminated.
- Part Two - The Doctor and Dodd are forced inside the gates as the roof of the city begins to cave in.
- Part Three - The Committee plans to convert all Mondasians into Cybermen.

035: ...ish
- Part One - Book asks why Peri Brown and Warren will get out of his office alive.
- Part Two - The delegates at the conference start reciting the word ish over and over again.
- Part Three - Warren gloats in the destruction of language.

036: The Rapture
- Part One - The Doctor realises that he can't wake any of the clubbers from their trance.
- Part Two - Caitriona Henderson in her trance state, kills Dorothy in her hallucinations.
- Part Three - Gustavo Riviera is revealed to have made Gabriel's plan possible.

037: The Sandman
- Part One - The Doctor tells Evelyn that it is true that the Galyari believe that he is a monster.
- Part Two - Brel opens fire at the Doctor.
- Part Three - Nintaru is attacked by a strange creature.

038: The Church and the Crown
- Part One - The Doctor and Erimem discover that Peri has a doppelgänger in Queen Anne.
- Part Two - The door to the Cardinal's house explodes.
- Part Three - The Doctor realises that George Villiers is invading France.

039: Bang-Bang-a-Boom!
- Part One - Mel and Nicky Newman discover that one of the delegates has been murdered.
- Part Two - Mel and Nicky are discovered by Logan but he falls down dead, with a knife in his back.

040: Jubilee
- Part One - The Doctor encounters the imprisoned Dalek who tries to exterminate him.
- Part Two - Evelyn sees the alternative version of the Sixth Doctor from the timeline where they defeated the Daleks in 1903.
- Part Three - The Dalek tells Evelyn to come with them to witness either their death or their revenge.

041: Nekromanteia
- Part One - Erimem is shot.
- Part Two - Jal Dor Kal separates the Doctor's head from his body and orders her sister to eat his flesh.
- Part Three - The consequences of Shara's actions would destroy the universe.

042: The Dark Flame
- Part One - Slyde kidnaps Benny and teleports to Marran Alpha.
- Part Two - Lomar reveals herself to be working for the Cult of the Dark Flame.

- Wonderland (1) - The Divergence attempt to break through the tear. Foster's bomb goes off.
- Heartland (2) - Charley discovers that she is in the Death Zone.

051: The Wormery
- Part One - The Doctor realises that Bianca's Cabaret isn't on Earth.
- Part Two - Iris begins singing under the influence of the Psychic worms. The Doctor realises that this will destroy Bianca's.
- Part Three - The Doctor points a gun at Iris, saying "You my dear, will have to die."

052: Scherzo
- Part One - The Doctor and Charley decide to keep on walking.
- Part Two - The Doctor tells Charley to eat the piece of meat the Doctor found from the body he dissected.
- Part Three - Charley cuts the Doctor's throat and the Sound creature makes a loud noise.

2004

053: The Creed of the Kromon
- Part One - C'rizz thinks they are going to die.
- Part Two - C'rizz shoots L'da.
- Part Three - The director activates the Doctor's machine which explodes.
- Part Four - The Doctor, Charley and C'rizz leave the Eutermisan zone. The Kro'ka announces the start of the next experiment.

054: The Natural History of Fear
- Part One - The Editor erases the memory of the Female prole.
- Part Two - The Editor proclaims that the revolution has begun.
- Part Three - The Editor vows to stop the revolution and to kill anyone who wants to stop him.

055: The Twilight Kingdom
- Part One - Koth orders Bryn to shoot the Doctor.
- Part Two - Quillian pushes Charley into the pool.
- Part Three - The Doctor discovers that Koth is talking to his disembodied head.

- Part One - In his trance, C'rizz dreams that he was the one being transformed by the Kromon and asked L'da to kill him.

- Part Three - Garfolt finds Miraculite in C'rizz's mind.

062: The Last
- Part One - Charley tells the Doctor that she is now paralysed.
- Part Two - C'rizz, Requiem and his people enter the bunker but its inhabitants can only see C'rizz.
- Part Three - C'rizz discovers that Charley has died.

- Part One - The Doctor tells Charley and C'rizz that they are not hallucinating and that there are now three of him.
- Part Two - The Doctors, Charley and C'rizz hear the monster in the labyrinth coming for them.
- Part Three - The Kro'ka prepares to torture the Doctor.

064: The Next Life
- Part One - Rassilon tells the manifestation of Louisa Pollard that Charley's mind is in his thrawl.

065: The Juggernauts

066: The Game
- Part One - Nyssa learns that the game of Naxy is the civil war that Faye Davis has come to stop - and the Doctor's walked straight into it.
- Part Two - The Doctor is named champion of Naxy and Sharz Sevix refuses to stop the game until all the opposition are dead.
- Part Three - While searching, Nyssa is attacked by a monster in the shadows.
- Part Four - The Doctor refuses to take any further part in Naxy and Hollis Az raises to strike him down.
- Part Five - Morian threatens to break the Doctor's back if he doesn't show him how to work the TARDIS.

067: Dreamtime
- Part One - Hex is told the Doctor has turned to stone.
- Part Two - The ground starts to come apart.
- Part Three - The Doctor knocks Ace unconscious and leaves her to drown.

068: Catch-1782
- Part One - Mel's Uncle John demands to know how the Doctor knows Mel.
- Part Two - Mel panics about being stranded in 1782.
- Part Three - The Doctor muses that if history is to remain intact, Mel must stay in 1782 and live out her life as her own ancestor.

069: Three's a Crowd
- Part One - Erimem is accidentally teleported and the base computer suggests that if she hasn't been transported to the colony, she's dead.
- Part Two - The Doctor and Erimem find themselves in General Makra'Thon's larder.
- Part Three - All the Khellian eggs begin to hatch.

070: Unregenerate!
- Part One - Mel finds that the building the Doctor was supposedly being held in is just a hollow shell.
- Part Two - A bullet hole in the wall threatens to send everyone flying into space.
- Part Three - Louis is shot by Rigan and begins to regenerate.

071: The Council of Nicaea
- Part One - Erimem refuses to leave with the Doctor and Peri so she can keep the promise she made to Arius.
- Part Two - Athanasius arrives to arrest Arius, and Erimem believes Peri to have betrayed her.
- Part Three - Julius kills Clement before turning his sights on Erimem.

072: Terror Firma
- Part One - Davros asks the Doctor where Davros is.
- Part Two - The Doctor remembers Gemma and Samson.
- Part Three - The French Resistance are revealed to be Daleks.

073: Thicker Than Water
- Part One - Insurgents attack the celebrations and capture Mel and Evelyn, leaving the Doctor and Rossiter unconscious.
- Part Two - Sebastian is gunned down, despite the pleads of Mel and Sofia.
- Part Three - The Doctor discovers that Evelyn was infused with Killoran DNA.

074: LIVE 34
- Part One - After the Doctor tells of his petition to allow there to be an election, the Government uses emergency powers to reduce people's power consumption.
- Part Two - Ace sends Ryan Wareing back to the city, and asks him to make sure that their interview is aired unedited and uncensored.
- Part Three - After Hex and Charlotte Singh discover a mass grave and are arrested, LIVE 34 is taken off air.

075: Scaredy Cat
- Part One - A haunting child's voice sounds throughout the blackened laboratory.
- Part Two - Charley encounters the incarcerated Eunis Flood.
- Part Three - Flood uses his psychic abilities to kill Bronik and declares everybody else to be under his power.

076: Singularity
- Part One - The timelines start diverging around the Doctor and Turlough.
- Part Two - Qel awaits the Doctor's return.
- Part Three - The TARDIS is used to open up the singularity.

077: Other Lives
- Part One - The Doctor exits the TARDIS and it disappears without him.
- Part Two - Georgina Marlow arrives at the police station to have the Doctor released, under the impression that he's her husband, Edward.
- Part Three - Christian Griswold holds Georgina at knifepoint, looking for revenge on the Doctor.

2006

078: Pier Pressure
- Part One - Max Miller tells the Doctor that he can't meet Professor Talbot because he's been dead for 15 years.
- Part Two - Emily Bung, now under the influence of the Indo, turns to attack Albert Potter.
- Part Three - The Indo tries to influence the Doctor's mind and he goes off the end of the pier.

079: Night Thoughts
- Part One - Hex is trapped with Hartley's killer.
- Part Two - Ace triggers a bear trap in the field.
- Part Three - O'Neil & Sue find something in her sisters grave.

080: Time Works
- Part One - Charley and C'rizz find the Doctor frozen in time, on the cusp of execution, when they hear mechanical sounds approaching.
- Part Two - Zanith convinces Kestorian to have the Doctor beheaded.
- Part Three - The brainwashed citizens besiege the Doctor and Vannet.

081: The Kingmaker
- Part One - Peri and Erimem are separated from the Doctor by two years.
- Part Two - Erimem comes to the conclusion that she and Peri have to kill the princes.
- Part Three - Mr. Seyton reveals that he is William Shakespeare.

082: The Settling
- Part One - Hex is accused of witchcraft by Oliver Cromwell and sentenced to burn at the stake.
- Part Two - Mary Fitzgerald asks the Doctor to deliver her incoming baby in the midst of an attack.
- Part Three - Cromwell orders every inhabitant of the village slaughtered.

083: Something Inside
- Part One - C'rizz is separated from Charley and the inmates by the Brain-worm.
- Part Two - The Doctor leaves himself at Eric Rawden and Twyst's mercy to spare C'rizz from torture.
- Part Three - The Doctor tries to goad the Brain-worm into facing him directly.

084: The Nowhere Place
- Part One - After watching a crewman vanish through the door, the Doctor tells Evelyn that, according to the TARDIS, the door is over six billion years old.
- Part Two - Evelyn is suddenly able to hear the bell.
- Part Three - The creature possessing Evelyn tells the Doctor that it can hear time's end.

085: Red
- Part One - The Doctor is forced to watch a redlining resident of the Needle murder his partner, believing he himself is committing the crime.
- Part Two - Draun starts redlining and advances on Mel, while the Doctor seems powerless to stop him.
- Part Three - The Doctor discovers that Celia Fortunaté is a time traveller and that she was the one that brought the killer to the Needle inside of her.

086: The Reaping
- Part One - A Cyber-converted Anthony Chambers appears and recognises his children Kathy and Nate.

087: The Gathering
- Part One - After a long talk with a waiter, Katherine Chambers decides to continue with her plans. She approaches Tegan, pulls out a gun, and tells Tegan to come with her. She then says a phrase commonly associated with the Cybermen: "You have nothing to fear".

088: Memory Lane
- Part One - The TARDIS is stolen by an astronaut driving an ice cream van.
- Part Two - A ship lands outside the house and blows out the windows.
- Part Three - The Doctor is trapped in the prison cell, repeatedly reliving his moment of victory forever.

089: No Man's Land
- Part One - Private Taylor, while sleepwalking, goes berserk and mistakes the Doctor and Ace for German spies.
- Part Two - The Doctor, Ace and Hex discover Wood’s body, having known his murder was going to happen.
- Part Three - Brook places the Doctor in front of a firing squad and they open fire.

090: Year of the Pig
- Part One - Chardalot locks Peri in an overheating steam room and leaves her to die.

- Part One - Hex tries to keep Lilian Dillane away from whatever presence is endangering her friend.
- Part Two - The Doctor and Lothar Ragpole are ensnared by out-of-control Familiars.
- Part Three - Ace finds out Will Alloran used himself as bait to lure the creature that attacked his brother as it attacks him.

093: Renaissance of the Daleks
- Part One - Wilton informs the Doctor that Nyssa is currently on a hill about to be destroyed in the American Civil War.

- Part Three - Moloch appears to Albert and Peggy, promising to release them from the time loop.

- Part Four - The Doctor’s companions miss the last portion of his message that if he hasn’t already told them his plans, something has gone terribly wrong.

- Part One - Erys reveals that he himself is the moon and that the Drachee are his children.

184: Scavenger
- Part One - In Earth’s orbit, Scavenger prepares to open fire on Flip and Jyoti Cutler, both adrift in space.

- Part Three - Reports of a fireball over New Delhi make the Doctor believe that Scavenger has been shot down, taking Flip with it.
- Part Four - Despite the dangers, Flip jumps from Scavenger to try and reach the seas of India below as the Doctor watches on, powerless.

185: Moonflesh
- Part One - The Doctor, Nyssa and Silver Crow encounter an energy being that Silver Crow seems to recognise when it attacks them.
- Part Two - The Doctor and Silver Crow inspect the red mist coming from the crater of a meteor as many more start dropping out of the sky around them.
- Part Three - Hector Tremayne and Phoebe Whitlock, possessed by the creatures, hold the Doctor at gunpoint and declare that they’ve been expecting him.

186: Tomb Ship
- Part One - Nyssa points out that she and the Doctor are back where they landed but the TARDIS isn’t there.
- Part Two - The Doctor realises that only two are allowed to survive their test; he and Virna or Heff and Murs.
- Part Three - Murs catches up with the Doctor but sets off a trap and the room starts to collapse around them.

187: Masquerade
- Part One - The Doctor encounters the Steamroller Man and it decides he doesn’t belong and starts rolling towards him.
- Part Two - Rimdelle is possessed by a second entity that states that “no-one can leave shadow space. You’re all going to die”.
- Part Three - Nyssa awakens strapped to a gurney with two Meschara looking down on her as they are given the order to kill her.

189: Revenge of the Swarm
- Part One - The Doctor, on the cusp of destroying the Swarm even though it would change history, dares them to call his bluff.
- Part Two - The Swarm restore the Nucleus and it declares that it will soon control everything in the universe.
- Part Three - Hector, under the control of the Swarm, deletes the cloud memory blocks containing the Doctor’s consciousness.

- Part One - A giant metal beetle with knives for wings flies straight at the Doctor and Hector.

- Part Four - Hector, having had enough of the Doctor and Ace’s lifestyle, demands to be returned home.

- The Rise of the New Humans
  - Part One - The Doctor believes that the Master is behind the medical facility but the Monk reveals himself as the chief administrator.
  - Part Two - The Monk tells the Doctor that he's infected Jo with a deadly virus in order to force him to improve Dr Kurdi's treatment.
  - Part Three - Jo says to the Doctor and the Monk that they both have to die as she becomes a New human.

  - Part One - Liz Shaw shows the Doctor that she's working on Stahlman's ooze and that she's keeping a Primord in her lab.

  - Part Three - Liz and the Doctor have made the Primords less susceptible to bullets and heat, Liz wants to make everyone in England a Primord.

  - Part Three - Warren has sent his white noise broadcast but in doing so he is killing the Doctor.

Purgatory 12
- Part One - Romana sees faces in the rust cloud and gets lost trying to escape.
- Part Two - Romana falls into a crack in the ground, and K9 also falls in trying to rescue her.
- Part Three - The Doctor discovers that the rust of the planet renews the people and Zyre says that no-one will leave the planet.

Chase the Night
- Part One - Romana is shown that anyone who defies Dena is sent to be killed by the flames of day.
- Part Two - K9 is attacked by Bolan. Dena plans to kill Romana. Terson leaves the Doctor to burn in the flames. Adric is being affected by the fungus.
- Part Three - Adric's heart fails and K9 declares him dead.
- Part Four - Romana starts to think that she should do something more purposeful with her life.

- Part One - The Doctor and Adric are confronted by stick creatures stopping them from entering the TARDIS.

- Part One – The Doctor recognises the Director as a Usurian.

- Part Three – The Doctor, Leela, Emma Fremantle and Jeffrey Seacombe return to the 21st century after Seacombe sells the country to Dunn-La in the past to find that the Earth is now the property of the Helyari.

The Day of the Comet
- Part One – Leela and Corsha hide in the ark ship to discover it barren and unable to evacuate the population.
- Part Two – Caught in a standoff with Tynax, the Doctor, Leela, Corsha and Verkuvia have their attention drawn by the arrival of an alien ship above their heads.
- Part Three – Lendrick freezes the Doctor solid.

The Tribulations of Thadeus Nook
- Part One - Thadeus Nook abducts Leela on one of his Time Tours.
- Part Two - Flaia kills Lem and shoots the Doctor unconscious, revealing herself to be an acolyte of the Cult of Drek.
- Part Three - Grannus Drek and Flaivia escape their deaths in Nook's time machine.

The Primeval Design
- Part One - The Doctor, Leela and Mary Anning are attacked by a crocodile.
- Part Two - The Doctor tries to hold the Queen at bay but is struck by a psychic attack.
- Part Three - Jim Berenger tries to warn Leela of the approaching wave when it seems to wash her away halfway up the cliff face.

Dalek Universe

The Dalek Protocol
- Part One - The Daleks detect their beacon on Exxilon to be fully functioning and declare phase one of their plans complete.
- Part Two - The Daleks attempt to overwhelm Mark Seven's thoughts with orders to shoot the Doctor and he fires.

House of Silents - The Silents kill Helena Faversham as they no longer need her for their plans.
Square One - UNIT discover the Carter is working for Kenneth LeBlanc.
Silent Majority - UNIT watch the Silent's message which started the riot then forget it.
In Memory Alone - Kate orders Shindi to duplicate the files on the Silents and says that she'll put a picture of them next to the children to remind her of them.

Assembled

Call to Arms - Jastrok reveals that Anthony Burmaster is under his control. Burmaster starts to feel this affect.
Tidal Wave - Jo Jones says goodbye to Osgood and Kate before UNIT chases the Silurians to their next base.
Retrieval - Kalana vows to get revenge on UNIT for the death of her sister Tryska.
United - With the Silurians defeated, Jo, Osgood and Sam Bishop take the sea creatures back to the cost of Ecuador, Benton takes the flying dinosaurs back to the Highlands, and Yates tells Kate that UNIT's future is in safe hands.
